Paul Gilmartin is a comedian who you probably have seen but never really noticed. He is one half of Dinner and a Movie on TBS, which belies his edgy and insightful standup comedy. Paul has had his battles with mental illness and he has become a great advocate of mental illness awareness. I am not saying all my readers will be into his podcast, The Mental Illness Happy Hour, but I can say that it has helped me get some perspective on my illness. Not to mention the podcast is hilarious and uplifting.

Give the link a try, listen to the podcast and check out the forums on the website.
